I am building the ICUnet presence in Mexico and Latin America to help local and international companies meet the demands of international business and a global workforce. I work closely with clients to develop long-term and trusting relationships, thus ensuring that our products will be the right ones to help them achieve their objectives. Based on this understanding, I lead our team to design and deliver customized support that could include:
Working with an HR or Global Mobility department to identify processes and measures that will ensure the successful completion of global assignments
Developing intercultural awareness in local teams to improve sales targets, negotiation successes or smooth cooperation with international clients, stakeholders or colleagues
Creating one-on-one coaching programs for senior managers to familiarize them with the demands of their old role in a new environment
My background in cultural studies, business development and executive coaching uniquely equips me for this role. Having lived in five countries on three continents and worked for Small and Medium sized businesses and Chambers of Commerce alike, I have gained extensive experience in various client situations and needs. I have successfully built bridges and developed solutions in different industries, cultures and organizational models.
I provide high quality coordination of training and consulting services and project management to ICU clients in Mexico. The objective of my work is to guarantee a sound workflow between the office of icunet in Mexico, it´s clients and all icunet offices and partners worldwide.
I am a German national and hold a Bachelor degree in Media and Communication, a course I did both at the University of Passau, Germany and the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City. To deepen my experience in Intercultural Communication, I lived in Chile for a year, working in tourism and media. Via my internship at BMW Mexico, I gained insight in the Mexican automotive sector and the challenges in international assignments. I speak fluent German, English and Spanish.
Proudly Mexican, I was born in Mexico City and lived in the USA, where I learned to work with different cultures in a multicultural environment. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Customer Analysis. My professional career started in the sales area of Telecomm and then moved to Human Resources. I had the opportunity to work in the Global Client Solutions area of one of the largest human resources companies in the world, supporting international companies to open a business in Mexico through the accompaniment and local market advice. I have experience in commercializing different services in human resources, such as outsourcing, payroll, headhunting, organizational development, trainings in soft skills, among others.
My objective for icunet de México is to become the most important intercultural service provider in Mexico and LATAM. It is not a simple task, but with each service of excellence that we deliver, we are one step closer to achieving it.
